Elly’s van has broken down and while waiting for it to be fixed, she is stuck in a sleazy diner where there are a lot of shady characters, and she doesn’t know what to do. She just wants to get out of town, but Kayley is off fucking around, and that mechanic is taking a mighty long time to tow her van into town. Elly is bored! What’s that they say about idle hands?
