An ambitious 21-year-old woman came into my office seeking a €20,000 loan to start her own clothing business. Unfortunately, she lacked the necessary initial capital and a convincing business plan. Meanwhile, I was struggling with an embarrassing verbal tic that made my daily life difficult. But during our meeting, we discovered a surprisingly personal solution to both our problems.
