Adoption candidate Hazel Moore has been in the program for five years, and she hopes to find a Forever Family to fill the void her parents have left. When she finally finds a suitable foster mom and foster dad, they treat her exceptionally well. They buy her a car on her eighteenth birthday, but they soon hit financial troubles.
